The dense urban setting made it difficult to manage the movement of materials and heavy equipment, requiring well-planned logistics. Unexpected weather interruptions led to delays in certain construction phases. Additionally, coordinating with local authorities to align existing utilities like drainage, water, and power posed time-sensitive hurdles. Despite these, the project continues to move forward with strong team coordination and precise execution.
